Staff was very rude and not friendly at all. Acted like she did not wanna be there and just so shady smh. Train your staff to be better and more welcoming. Not a friendly place to eat

I enjoyed the food as well as the company.

Went here for the first time for dinner today and tonight I ordered a chicken strip basket with fries onion rings and cheese curds and a large root beer float and the chicken was not done all the way and it was tasteless and had no flavor the fries were cold but the root beer float was ok
I just stop by A & W tonight to pick up my collector jug of Root Beer that I won. As long as I was there, I picked up a Cod basket & Shrimp to go. The service was great. The price was reasonable. There was a table of ladies having ice cream cones, the cones were huge, and the ladies seemed to enjoy themselves. I will come back for an ice cream cone in the future. Thank you A & W for picking my name for the root beer, that is a wonderful treat.
Forgot bacon on my bacon double on my way to work. Went there after and they replaced the entire sandwich. Awesome customer service from the staff
Good food!
The service was terrible tonight . Had to ask for someone to take our order. I had something inside my glass looked gross.
