DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! All issues in other reviews are true. The person in charge of this company - Vivianne - is a terrible landlord. Absolutely terrible. Takes forever to fix things. Charges you a ridiculous fee when you move out. Absolutely look for ANYWHERE ELSE to rent. You'd be better off living under a bridge.
This is the worst company I have ever rented with. First to start off we had water leaks everywhere in our rental property. First it was the water heater leaking into the garage because they didn’t have a proper drain system for it just a pipe running into the garage which in the state of Tennessee is a code violation. AVS is a joke as a property manager. Nothing is fixed correctly. They paint over everything .They act like you are wasting their time. She is very rude and if you ask about something that needs fixed she ask what you did to it.
DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THIS LANDLORDS PROPERTIES!!! You will regret it. She is an unprofessional, rude, and awful human being. I didn’t have consistent hot water for 5 months and paid full rent the whole time. Put my place up on the market WHILE I WAS LIVING THERE out of pettiness bc I was upset w the living conditions and having to pay full rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Absolutely awful place to stay the landlord never answered the phone and is super sketchy… she will never do anything you ask. She only cares about money and nothing else. You’re better off living in a ditch under a bridge than here. Would give zero stars if I could.
The AVS property does rent to Veterans and I personally know. The Navajo Dr. property is very nice and maintained that I have seen. I would like to apologize for the previous review. It was for another property owner. If you want a nice and quiet place , please give AVS a call you will find what you need.
