We always love going to Avondale Antiques! Fred is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend stopping by regularly because the store changes so frequently! You never know what you'll find!
The best customer service I've ever received at an antique shop. Fred and his wife are wonderful people. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and provided us with a lot of recommendations for places to check out in the area. Hope to stop by next time I'm in town.

We always stop by and see Fred anytime we're in Birmingham. There's always new inventory to browse, because nothing stays around for long. Lots of great lighting and mid century modern furniture, particularly seating.

Such a neat store! I could have looked around for hours and still not have seen every cool piece. The owners were great to talk to and spent time showing me around. And the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be popping in regularly!
