It is becoming increasingly frustrating that tenants of Avon Court Apartments are choosing to park on neighboring streets instead of utilizing the on-site parking options provided by the property. The fact that they are avoiding a reasonable $50/month fee for the garage and instead congesting streets meant for residents of other areas is unacceptable. This Place Sucks Me And My Son Have Lived Here For 8 Years For 5 Of Those We Went Without A Working Toilet Everytime You Would Flush It It Would Take A Hour For The Tank To Fill And 7 Of Those Years The Light In Our Bathroom Did Not Work And The Bedroom Door Is Broken If You Close It It Gets Stuck And NONE Of Our Air Conditioners Work This Summer Is Going To Be Hell I Heard From A Neighbor That Meyers Told Her That They Don't Fix Anything In A Apartment Unless No One Lives There Me And My Son Are Looking For Houses In A Diff... read more

I live here. Just moved in about 2 weeks ago...heard sum things about this place b4 we moved in, but...SO FAR...SO GOOD!!!! **When we got comfy, that's when it all changed!!! Ppl, places, things... No good!!! We've moved going on 4 yrs ago, n it really isn't any better where we r now, but FOR NOW...its quiet, and we needed it to be...after the 1st 2 n 1/2 -3 yrs!!** ☆THIS POST WAS WRITTEN ABOUT 4 YRS AGO WHEN I LIVED THERE. DONT ANYMORE!!☆
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family member has lived at Avon Court apt. For 35 years and I've never seen the place so horrendous as it is now. They charge $50/month for a garage space and it's a dilapidated sewer. They won't replace the carpet in my family members apt and they can fall. They refuse to replace anything broken and tell you to just switch apartments. There is no visitor parking at all. The rent is outrageous for such a horrible building. DO NOT RENT from Meyers Mgmt.
