Shady, never answers...very suspicious and just saw mn filed a suit against a avolta....not good.

Coming up on 1 year and still have not had my solar project completed. Every time I call in to customer service they tell me they are working on scheduling and someone will call me back. Awful. Do not use! Being sued by my states attorney general. My panels do not work. Can't get anyone to fix them.
This company has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with there is no communication they just quit answering calls and go straight to voicemail and don’t return calls my next step is the BBB This company has cost me money I am not only still paying the power company as well as a system that is not adequate and they won’t do anything to honor the warranty no service tech and I have asked them to no avail to address the situation and I am completely ignored. Yet another victim of the scam. They sold us on covering over 80% of our energy bill, getting rebates, tax credits, you name it. It took months to finish the install. In fact, the day they came to survey they indicated to the finance company they were complete. We started paying on panels that weren't even working yet. They lied and cheated us.
