They have terrible communication between staff and patients, and it seems they cannot keep staff for long, likely because of the same problems I experienced. The owner was rude, dismissive, and not a good listener, which is especially concerning for an organization built on therapy and trust. I love them. My therapist is the best. Very caring and supportive. The whole staff is nice.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Took my daughter here for an intake appointment for out patient therapy. She was given a man and she did not want an man. She feels more comfortable with a woman. He told her to just try because she couldn't have a female therapist. They also don't have virtual. You have to go in every week. Also, he literally talked to her for less than 5 minutes and was discussing medication he wanted to put her on. He didn't even speak clear English.
