My husband has dementia and had to get a CT. The technician used a hover and was very kind to him. I really appreciated the kind service and prompt.
Last night, we took our 7 y/o autistic son to the emergency room due to a laceration to his head. Unfortunately, the emergency department we visited lacked compassion and care for their patients, particularly ours. From the start, I informed them that he was nonverbal, but the care he received was horrific. It was so bad that we had to leave before we were discharged. I would rate this emergency department a 0/10 and strongly advise against it. If you do decide to visit, please ensure that your nurse is not Stephaine L.
Exceptional service
Technician was one of the best I've ever had. I was in and out almost before my actual appt time. No reason to put off getting your mammogram.
