I LOVE my apartment and this complex. I have no problems with maintance things or staff. Been here a year and it's always quiet and i have great neighbors. We made a wonderful choice moving here.

Well, they want the deposit and the administration fee And of course the application fee before they even tell you if you're getting the apt and I was told that I would get my deposit back by Alba if it wouldn't pass by their policy..anyway they didn't give me a courtesy call or nothing for 3 weeks so I called them and they have told me no and I was OK with that, but they kept my deposit $250 So plz beware I don't want this to happen to you.
The apartments are not renovated, they just paint over the mold. Repairs are NOT done. This complex is full of loud music and drug dealers. The manager flat out lies. Repeatedly. She is racist and one sided. RUN...unless you like the ghetto, do not rent here. MONA LIES to your face. We too have black mold and it is visible to everyone but the employees and I personally am suffering medically. Water leaks on the floor. CIgarette smoke comes thru the vent from the apartment above. I've lived here going on 13 yrs. Yes there at times bad maintenance or office personel. Not anymore. Apartments and Staff great. Recommend.
