RecommendedI just moved in a few months ago and I am happy I did. The office staff was very helpful with getting me into my apartment in a hurry. I have had a few maintenance request and they were taken care of right away and the manager called to follow up. The apartment is huge and very affordable. The security guard at the gate is comforting, they make sure who is coming and going. Also love the events they have I have made new friends and enjoy the atmosphere!!

Maintenance is ridiculous. Bugs everywhere. There has been a water pipe leaking for weeks, nearly creating a mini swamp. There are no gutters. They just finished painting over rotted wood on every building. And most of the a/c units and garbage disposals don't work. The laundry room is disgusting and rarely has working machines. Office never answers the phone. Stairs feel like they will break soon. Just bad. Really bad.
