Worst company ever. My partner is a an engineer at this company and his boss (A. Lopez) who is a head engineer at one of the DMV locations didn’t let him go home even with a doctors note saying it is required as part of his treatment. The head hvac engineer told him he has to be a team player. My partner has a really bad ear infection that makes it difficult to breathe and makes his face numb when in contact with the cold. I have been a tenant at the 4910 Mass Ave building since 2009. I must say that in the last 11 years I have been a tenant in this building the management has been unextremely poor. The biggest problem I have faced is that the building manager has often completely ignored my occassional emails asking for maintenance or help with a problem. Recently my car was broken into in the parking lot behind the building. I reached out the management to let them so know so that they could alert other tenants, but they did not do so.
