there going through a name and management change hat to sit in my car and it took them 30 min to get me out and too many managers in the shop people was getting confused and lost

Avis lube does excellent work they are fast and friendly and a professional guy by the name by mike helped my dip stick problem on my truck other Lube places broke ! Very professional people .
Everything. Employees are not very friendly. They don’t do their job. They wander everywhere except taking care of customers. They only cleaned part of my windows. Didn’t vacuum inside. Didn’t check air pressure in tires. I was just not satisfied with the service at all. I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!!
Piece of shit company with horrible service
Untrained, inexperienced, rude staff that clearly don’t know how to work on vehicles that they don’t see regularly. They get you out fast, with carelessness that will cause you to return to fix their errors.
I have gotten my oil changed at this location over 20 years. No matter how busy they were, they usually got me out in one hour or less. This morning I was there about 30 minutes before anybody’s vehicle was finished. It took 2 hours to get my oil changed. Going to look for another
Had my oil changed over at the County Road West location Sunday. Today I discovered I have an oil leak on a 2 year old car. Having to take time out of my busy day to come back and have someone take a look at it. I hope they didn't strip the oil pan.
