Absolutely terrible service, when you have an issue they don't respond, can't get ahold of customer service. Gave me a car that smelled terrible, dirty and when I reached out to the manager he ignored my emails over and over again. I used to a frequent customer and also considered preferred , however I don't feel preferred with the terrible unprofessional service they provide.

Avis put a $200 hold on my account when renting a car, however no one at Avis informed me of this hold and there is nothing in writing stating I would have a $200 hold on my card. The only information given to me was that I owe $36 for the rental - which I paid. When calling Avis to find out why I have the $200 hold on my account, I can't get a hold of anyone at the physical location and both times I called customer service, my call was dropped.
