What Tex-Mex is supposed to be! My colleague and I ate here twice this week while on a business trip. First time was at the recommendation of the hotel; second time because it was so good the first time. This is great Tex-Mex food. I grew up in Texas and have been away most of my life since college. Great Tex-Mex and excellent customer service!!!! Ordered take out Fajitas and it was very delicious!!! Had our food inside of 20 minutes!!!
Avila’s was a really nice find and is ten minutes from downtown Dallas. The complimentary chips and spicy salsa were very addicting. I ordered the Beef Fajitas and my friend ordered the Three Cheese Enchiladas. We both really enjoyed our meals! Avila’s has super reasonable prices with very nice portions. The service was exceptional as well. Can’t wait to come back!
I called not to long ago and as I was asking about a certain item on the menu. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. The tone of her voice was just down right unpleasant. As I told her she was being rude she proceeded to say all these vulgarities over the phone and hang up. Definitely will not be visiting the restaurant.
We were here for the first day of our honeymoon. Wanted to try real Tex mex . Was very good . Would definitely come back
