Chris puts his soul in what he is doing – I had two days to find an apartment in Austin, so I have contacted an apartment finder agency to make sure I can move fast and find something that I like in a particular budget range. Chris Bee proved to be very helpful and reliable – Contrary to some of these other post, Chris Bee proved to be a very helpful and reliable broker. While planning a move to Austin from out-of-state, I had a hard time getting most brokers to respond to my emails and phone calls. Chris Bee responded immediately and sent us listing that actually fit our criteria; something many of the other agents/brokers did not do. Chris Bee is the perfect apartment locator – I had a great time finding an apartment with Chris Bee. I was in the process of moving from Houston to Austin and had zero time to schedule an appointment. I had already worked with a couple apartment locators who told me I would never be able to find anything within my price range in the central/campus area. Chris Bee is a nice old guy – I have a somewhat different opinion about Chris Bee. At first, I was very skeptical about dealing with him, based on the accounts posted above. But he turned out to be a nice old guy, and even though I didnt end up leasing the places he showed to me, we parted with pleasant greetings.

Chris knows Austin way more than anyone I've ever met – I don't know what the other reviewers meant about having bad experiences with Chris Bee. I had nothing but a great experience with him. He took me to about 15 or so properties until I found the exact one I was interested in. He never took me to a property that was out of my price range or location requirements and he showed me multiple places that I hadn't found online even though I spent approximately 12 hours searching. Run Away! – So firstly, chris makes me meet him in a walgreens parking lot instead of at an office, and shows up late. His clothes are filthy, and he has brown stains across the back of his pants so that it looks like he pooped his pants. his back seat is trashed with birdseed boxes full of papers (his office), and he keeps asking me the same questions over an over because he can't remember what I was looking for or what my price range was, and he hadn't prepared before hand so he didn't know what he should show me.
