Chris Bee really knows his stuff! – I just rented ANOTHER apartment with Chris Bee's help. The 1st one Chris helped me find was 4 years ago. Chris really knows his stuff in helping to find the best place for your budget and for the area that you want him to search in. The apartment people all seem to know Chris as he stays very busy! i would definitely use chris bee again – i've used chris bee's services before, and i had a very pleasant experience. in fact, i was quite impressed by him. he did a great job finding us a place. in ausin, it is tough finding an apartment without using a realtor. he showed us five properties in the area that we wanted, and he drove us to all of them. he also doesn't try to sell you on the most expensive or try to get you to go beyond your budget. i would definitely use him again.

I'm overwhelmed with joy right now because I just got the BEST BEST BEST apartment in Hyde Park and I owe it all to Chris Bee! Mr. Bee went above and beyond the call of duty as a Realtor. He met me 20 mins after my first phone call, at his conveniently located office, and took me to see 4 different places I was interested in and even threw in an extra one that was not on the list. I've had a very good experience with Chris Bee. He is kind and trustworthy. He put a lot of effort into helping me find a place. He never pushed me out of my price range. He knew all the properties available well. He always either answers his phone or returns calls very quickly. He seems a little scattered, but he is good at his job. I've delt with one other leasing agent in Austin and my experience was not good, so I am compelled to recommend Chris.

Melissa found me the perfect home in less than an hour – I don't care what anyone else says. Melissa Gregory did not only find my perfect home, but she did so in less than an hour. She really knows what she's doing. She is down to earth, and really easy to get along with. It takes a lot for me to praise a business, but the service at Avignon was great. Call Melissa yourself-- you won't regret it!

I had a top notch experience with Avignon Realty and the legendary Chris Bee. Everything fell into place easily once we met Chris, and he was thoughtful when checking in on us during the process. He is a hard worker and has great intuition. He approached us with friendliness and helpfulness. Avignon has good places to show and Chris Bee is great if you like what's special about Austin (keep Austin weird, not yuppie!)

Chris Bee really cares about finding you a place to live – With all the negative reviews of Chris Bee, I considered canceling my appointment and finding a new realtor. After finding a great apartment this morning, I had to give a good review to counter out the negative ones. While Chris is eccentric, he works hard and did great for me. You can tell that he really cares about finding you a place to live.

I have used Chris Bee for all my moves in Austin – Look. Chris Bee definitely marches to the beat of his own drum, but that's a good thing! He is NOT a drinker you idiots, he's eccentric.
