The local phone number takes you to a call center. When we went to the site to find out what units were available at each price tier, no one was there. In summer in Panama City Beach that's not an easy drive. Call center said they would call person who was supposed to be there letting them know we were waiting. After quite a wait, called back and was told no one would be there on this day. We were able to rent unit over phone not knowing where the unit was located. Site seems clean and secure.
