Highly recommend this storage facility. Tamera and her team were wonderful to work with! From letting us tour before booking (we had issues with other facilities in the area having water damage, this place is CLEAN! No smells! Got all of our stuff back in great condition). Rent never increased while we were there. We didn’t realize our unit locked from the back and front, they called to let us know and had already added a spare lock to the back for us. Truly BLOWN AWAY with how amazing the staff and storage facility is. We previously attempted two other storage facilities before finding this one (both had active leaks/mold). So by the time we got to Avid I asked to do a walk through before doing a contract, and Tamera at the front desk was so gracious to let me explore. The facility was CLEAN, no water damage or weird smells.
