Had a great experience renting a storage unit. New to Florida and Tammera really helped me find the right unit and then offered the discounts that they currently had. Highly recommend them.
I had an excellent experience with Avid Storage and cannot recommend them enough! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind about storing my belongings here. What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. The manager, Tammera, is absolutely fantastic to work with! She is incredibly professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I just had an incredibly pleasant experience meeting onsite property manager Tammera, touring the facility and reserving a unit. I have been with Extra Space storage the past two years and have had my rates increased 200%! Tammera was professional, kind, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Avid’s facilities were clean, convenient, and climate controlled. Pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend over other local storage options.
This is our 2nd unit with AVID. Always easy to work with. Tammera Pinard is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful getting us all set for a unit living in Texas. She also was so helpful with our movers. Finally got to meet her in person and she is fabulous. Such a happy friendly lady. Thanks Tammera for making this process so smooth but mostly thanks for being so great. We will be back.
