Terrible leasing agents. Fort Worth has much better, like across the street. I expected a lot from this property and was very let down.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE / MANAGEMENT DO NOT LIVE HERE For the fist time ever I was pretty baffled and puzzled at how management handle a very situation while being a resident at the community. When I first came in for a visit i was Quoted by Phili (front desk) i was quoted a 9 month lease for my stay at Elan West 7th. However when i visited i as told their system was down or having "issues" so my lease was not able to be signed. I came in 2 more times to sign the lease within a two week span and still this issue was present a... read more

The location is great but I was disappointed by a few different aspects of the apartment that caused me to choose to live elsewhere. Too expensive for what is provided in my opinion. The complex layout is a mess. If you are in building two, you have quite a hike when carrying groceries from the car, or even getting the mail. The layout didn't make sense to me. No major complaints, just didn't meet all my expectations for the cost. Lived there for 13 months.

Have been living her for a few weeks now. The eminities are fabulous. I especially love the fantastic gym with all the modern equipment. Neighbors are all really friendly and the location can't be beat?
