We placed an order with this company for deployment plaques back in December and are told we would receive them bu mid February. When that timeline came and went they gave us an updated timeline (we had to call and email multiple times for the update) of April 15. Now they are saying refunds will not be given and still no plaques, and still no definitive timeline on when we will be getting them. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Will never reccomend them to anyone else

This place has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The sales person quoted me 4-6 months when I ordered about 80 mugs for my squadron. It has now been over 8 months and I still have no mugs. They can't even give me a firm date of when I can expect my mugs! I will never use aviatorgear again and all who read this beware!

Since our original factory burned down in the fall of 2014, we have been trying to resolve the production issues with our new supplier. We have over 100 squadron orders in the production queue, which is thousands and thousands of customized and personalized mugs. We did have a delayed timeline and the patches that we received, although nice patches, they were the wrong size and the velcro was poorly sewn on. It took 4 months from the initial request to receive the patches. We contacted them about the issues and requested a refund. They gave us the refund and also are sending new patches. Although we had a rough go of it, they fixed the issue promptly.
This company has given me the run around. I ordered squadron stickers on 24 February and was told to expect them 13 March. They will not give me a timeline now. Customer service is awful. I was told they would update me on my status on the 20th of March. It is now the 31st and surprise nothing still. I would not recommend this company to anyone. No offer to help fix this situation.

Our emails to the production team regarding your order seem to have gotten lost somewhere along the way which is very unusual and not at all common.
