This company was absolutely awesome to work with. When the original design went in they had a finished product design ready for approval within a matter of days. After this point, my design had to change several times due to circumstances on our end, each and every time they handled it quickly and professionally. When it came down to the absolute final approval for the artwork, all payments were made and a top quality set of 200 patches was delivered within a couple of weeks. They did a great job on my order. I ordered 50 patches and already had the artwork ready. I received the order yesterday, all 50 patches were perfect. From approval of the sample patch to receipt of the order was 3 weeks, they told me no earlier than 5 weeks. I will recommend to friends and coworkers and will most likely continuing using this team.
Extremely slow to process anything. They take 2-3 days for each update and don't make all the updates requested. Then its 6 weeks to print. How it takes 6 weeks to make patches is beyond me. Definitely won't use again. Also, note that they have turned off the ability to leave star reviews. That says a lot.
If you're interested in a patch company that'll dramatically miss their quoted timeline, all the while ignoring your calls and emails, this is the company for you! Was quoted 2-3 weeks; almost 7 weeks later and the order still hasn't shipped.

Extremely impressed with the final product. The team at Aviator Gear, took our rough design from a bunch of morons that could not draw stick figures and created a work of art. This resulted in us selling 100 patches within 36 hours, solely based off of a couple of us wearing them.
