Absolutely loved the final product! Took my design ideas and made it better. Highly recommend and will be using Aviator Gear in the future!
So far things are going okay. Design process has been painless. I’ve read the other reviews and hope they’ve addressed them. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. So far they’ve been VERY responsive via email and very flexible.
Placed an order for 12 week production on mugs. I follow up 9 weeks into the process and they plan to cancel the order. Glad I contacted them. They also had to be reminded I paid them through their system to start production. Apparently they never got the word. Lastly, their artists couldn’t complete a design for a simple patch with another buddy in my squadron. If you’re a snacko, stay away. They’ll hose you.

Hi Geoff, thank you for your review. After 3 incredibly frustrating years, we finally fired the mug factory and discontinued the product. We made this decision 5 days ago. As far as your buddy goes, we are extremely swamped with OCP patch designs, so we are not able to accept every order at this time. Have a great day!
