Jan should consider another career with no public contact. Very arrogant and unprofessional! Her team Lost a rental and million dollar+ listing (purchase) as I went elsewhere with a true real estate professional. Any real business professional/entrepreneur understands the importance of referrals & customer service. Customer is King. Get your act together Aviara. Poor treatment of a customer is a direct reflection of the leadership running this place. What a joke...
Had a very poor experience with Jan. 1. Not sure how, but even though she had my inquiry with the name she managed to misspell it lol 2. After seeing the rental property on the market for 30 days, I asked if the owners considering price reduction. The response was... Wow. Not sure what triggered her that much. Calm down, relax and pretend you are a professional.
WARNING! Do NOT accept Aviara Escrow as your escrow company no matter what. Highly disorganized. They messed up the opening escrow instructions, had incorrect email address for buyer despite being provided accurate information and they make you FAX commission instructions. (Who has a fax machine?!) And if you want it wired, they charge you $30 for that. You've been warned!
