Had a very poor experience with Jan. 1. Not sure how, but even though she had my inquiry with the name she managed to misspell it lol 2. After seeing the rental property on the market for 30 days, I asked if the owners considering price reduction. The response was... Wow. Not sure what triggered her that much. Calm down, relax and pretend you are a professional.
