Worked with a realtor named Diana who showed us a condo she owned and had us submit our own background checks and credit checks. Then after the application process had been started, the asking price was increased and we were not contacted with any explanation and none of our emails were ever returned. If they were not willing to be transparent during the application process, imagine how they would act as a landlord.
