Hmmm. Not better. Still a truck parking lot obstructing residents. ~ I am a frequent guest of a resident here. Although the property is surprisingly green for Dorchester Road, I would never sign a lease here. It is annoying to park near the first entrance as you compete with a large rollback truck for parking space. The truck has a long, low trailer impossible to see out your rear window. I am going to rename this Intermodal Place.
Friendly staff and they are pretty quick responding to service requests. Unlike some other older "affordable" apartments, the buildings seem to be well maintained. There is a pool and lots of grass and shade trees. Almost no litter. Also, if you don't own a car (or just want to save on gas) there is a bus stop right out front.
