They have been taking care of our birds for many years, very professional staff.
From the front desk, Vet Techs and Doctors, I couldn't ask for a more loving, caring place. No matter where I live I will travel for my furbabies/feather babies always to be seen by them! Since I am a former Trauma Nurse that now needs a support animal that says a lot. Excellent staff that made Gracie and I feel at home.
Dr Scherr is an amazing and inside full vet. Non nonsense, highly experienced, reassuring and trustworthy ������
Medical staff oblivious when it comes to snakes, all they can do is read off a paper and repeat themselves. Got more information off Reptile forums on the medicine they were using than they knew themselves. The "Doctor" Harris was rude, condescending, and when questioned about knowing the possible side effects of the medicine they gave he said "A doctor can never be sure what's going to happen, just like I can't be sure that when you leave here a car won't run you over" Highly unprofessional, they didn't care about the death... read more
