What kind of avian vet keeps her mailbox full when you call during an emergency?! Then when we called you during the week to talk to you, you still have yet to return our calls. We lost our bird last Sunday because your mailbox was full and no one else would see us, they all said to call you and we couldn't! You could have still called back to at least say you are sorry. You should be ashamed of yourself.
