First class operation that puts the care for the animals priority and do it with love. Dr. Ray and her staff are obviously dedicated to assuring the health of my pet while also giving me some eduction by taking the time to explain things. I drive from Texas for an annual physical and trimming of my Sun Conure Tootsie and I will continue to do so.

Excellent care for my daughters baby hedgehog and baby rat. Took lots of time with each patient and explained everything throughly. We drove over an hour for the specialty care and will do it again. Prices were what I expected being a speciality vet. Thank you Dr Ray and crew. :)
Charged me emergency prices when I went at 8 Monday which it clearly states that's their hours I was charged 359 I came up with 220 tried to give another 40 at pick up through a fit cause I didn't have all wouldn't give meds to my bird said he wasn't eating he wouldn't stop eating as soon as I got him out of there she never called to let me know how he was she was busy like he wasn't important he was no better at all she is a greedy Un personal able person beware if your pet is family better go elsewhere I ask her to bill me... read more
