RecommendedI highly recommend this place! The staff is always so nice. The veterinarian is amazing! She never rushes you and always makes you feel welcome. She is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain things to you and educate you. I have 3 Conures and she is the only one I trust with them! We've seen her for Emergency visits and regular wellness visits! I can not say enough great things about this place! 🦜❤

Wonderful, caring staff! I’m so thankful to have them around to care for my babies’ medical needs.
We couldn't recommend them more. The staff is incredibly caring and have gone above and beyond for us to provide the best care for our Hedgie. They have quickly and effectively treated every health issue she has had and have answered all questions we have had. I can't thank you guys enough for always fitting us into the schedule and for all the recommendations you give us to make our little one that much healthier and happier.
Dr Ray is great. We are a first time parrot owner and she has really helped us. The Harrisons’s bird food has made a big difference in my daughters Green Cheek and our Indian Ringneck. The Green Cheek had really bad black tips on his feathers. I have posted a before and one year later after. Huge difference. They are both healthier thanks to the care and instructions that we have received from Dr Ray. The staff, especially Andrew are so nice.
I left a voice message and sent an e-mail through the website and received no response. Guess if you don't own an expensive, exotic animal, these vets don't care.
We were new to being a bird mom and dad. All we knew was our Goffins Cockatoo needed some help because she was stressed out and would only eat sunflower seeds. Now we have a fully feathered sweet as can be girl! we have learned so much because of the wonderful guidance we have found here. Our Pretty Girl loves her visits.
Very caring, takes plenty of time for my birds to settle down. Very considerate of my birds and their needs. Thorough exams and wonderful staff - Dr Tonnie Ray and Andrew are the BEST!
