I have been a patient of yours for gosh ... 7+ Years and I refer people to you ALL The time... At some point my insurance will change due to a buyout but I will always Send people your way!!!! I can never say or show my love for everyone at Avery Ranch Dental off Parmer/Avery Ranch. I had X-rays, and the hygienist could not find them. She repeated them and still could not find them. So basically I paid for X-rays and got no results. Hopefully they showed up and a dentist evaluated them. This bothered me as it was cost without results.

This was the most uncomfortable dental cleaning I have experienced in years. I have previously been thrilled with the gentleness of your hygienists. Although the hygienist I worked with this visit was extremely personable and very sweet, my cleaning was extremely uncomfortable. She did respond to my discomfort by stopping the water pick which felt as if needles were being injected into my gums, she then completed the cleaning with the scraping tool. I tried to get my family members into your dentist but was told 'no new patients, not even family members'. So considering finding a new dentist that can/will treat my whole family. Anna was great, she is friendly, professional and was a pleasure to have her work with me.

I was supposed to have a cleaning and check up. Since my blood pressure was high, they did not want to do it. I check my blood pressure all the time at home and it is always normal, if not low. I went home after the visit and checked it and it was normal. I think there was something wrong with the blood pressure monitor in your office. I have very small wrists and the wrist type blood pressure machines do not get an accurate reading.
