My nail tech was horrible she’s new with blonde hair! She did my nails very thin! I asked her to fix them cause one split across my nail bed! She told me I only bent it! She said I’ll put polish on 3 coats it’s better. I’ll do them thick next time! The polish is terrible nails aren’t smooth! My nail broke across the entire way hurts so badly! Definitely not coffin shape waisted almost 100 $ I’m sad
Today I had Lisa do my nails for the first time and she is the best nail tech I’ve ever had here. Her communication, attention detail, a great listener and she’s focused on customer satisfaction and perfection. I highly recommend Lisa.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past two years and have always enjoyed my experience. I had a few favorite technicians, though some are no longer here. My last visit wasn’t the best, but today completely changed that. Kim did my nails, and she was absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail, precision, and professionalism truly stood out.
