First time coming. Made an appointment for 2pm. I've been sitting and waiting for an hour as I watched multiple come in for pedicures and get quick service. What was the point of making the appointment just to see others get served first? Just to be told 4 times someone is coming. Sucks bc it was close to my house
Came in to get full set and pedicure! It’s been awhile since I had either due to I have been sick. When getting there I saw Tina the owner who I love and adore! We caught up and I explained to her about my injury, she made sure her staff was gentle with me . I came to get my nails done but I left with a new friend! Tina and staff are truly amazing and can’t wait to see them again! My nails are chef’s kiss!
My toes came out looking good but my nails were done poorly. I wanted 5 different color on 5 nails and they said that it would be extra $10, and i paid $100 for both nails and toes, which i did not mind paying but, it has not even been a week and my gel nails look so ugly because they have chipped. The polish was applied all over cuticles, and my nails weren’t even filed properly. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Staff was friendly but work was very sloppy rushed. my nails were filed extremely low on my gel manicure as well as my toes are completely unacceptable. clipped not filed. not squared off. the gel paint on big toes is splotchy. Mind you i was charged $115 for this?!
