I can not say enough good things about Avery Mae. Dr. Sarah has been my kids doctor since they were born and she is the best! Im so grateful for her.
Let me start by saying, I love the NPs in this office. They have always been so friendly & as a first time mom it’s nice having your questions and concerns answered. It’s nice they allow you to choose what is best for your family. The receptionist on the other hand is not the friendliest. There are typically 2 ladies in there who check you in and the one who typically sits on the left when looking at the desk, my husband and I have yet to have a nice interaction with her. This place gives zero grace for tardiness (exactly 1 minute late) — even during an ICE STORM, with a 3 year old and newborn in tow. Worst first impression ever and lost 2 new patients. Front desk staff was immediately uninviting and the whole thing was so bizarre I almost didn’t believe the situation. I will not support a business that lacks compassion. This entire practice and its staff are amazing. We have been here since our child was born. I have to give a special shoutout to Courtney for helping us with a scary medical situation during the ice and snow storm this week. We were unable to leave our house but she was able to provide advice and guidance over the phone within minutes of us calling the nurse line.
