I came in to get a dent fixed due to vandalism on my brand-new Mazda CX-5 2021. I took it to Avery Greene Honda Collision Center in Vallejo, CA and upon time of pick-up, I saw that the door was not installed correctly. It was not aligned. it's the closes dealership for me since I live in Vallejo! But I didn't think I would feel like this employee had to lie to me and said they were not working today and pass me on to another employee! will be consider another dealership!
RecommendedService Department is outstanding! I have been having my vehicles serviced here for the past 28 years! They know my vehicles, 1993 Honda Accord EX Sedan and 1995 Honda Odyssey, very well, and I trust them with all of the maintenance and repairs.
I was in an accident right before the holidays resulting in body damage that needed to be repaired. They wasted no time taking my car in and making sure the repairs were done in a timely manner. Chris has been amazing from start to finish. He called me with every update and answered every question I had. I own a Toyota but you can bet my next car will be bought here. I honestly can’t thank them enough or show enough appreciation for all they have done.
