The staff in all departments were so nice and helpful. My loved one had multiple appointments at the clinic, an angiogram and triple bypass. We stayed at the guest house several times, it was my home during his surgery and Hospital stay. Thank you everyone associated!

A huge thank you to everyone we encountered while my father was at the Avera Heart Hospital. The staff truly cares about not only the patients but the entire family! I was able to work with the meal staff to modify my dad's choices to make sure he had a least a couple of things I knew he would eat. I was incredibly grateful for the hotel attached right to the hospital where our family could go for a break and to rest. The hotel even had a laundry room complete with laundry detergent! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Normally I don’t have anything against this hospital. They usually are really good with me. But my daughter just got done having a stay there. We were given little to no information on what was going on with her, not notified of her being moved to a different unit, nor transfer out. My daughter is 7 years old. I just contacted ceo and waiting for a call back. Will changed my opinion if and when this is addressed.

It has been 53 weeks now since you gave me my life back. the nurses there are angels in disguise, i wish i was good remembering names so i could individually and publicly acknowledge and thank them all. also very thankful for the God given skills given to dr. feldhaus, dr. olsen, and all those who assist them. absolutely a wonderful and caring facility
