From checking in, to prepping before my procedure, the front desk, nurses, pharmacist, and doctors were all very kind, considerate and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I understood what what going to happen. During my procedure the doctor talked me thro it along with the surgical staff. My nurse Sue was amazing. She is sweet, patient and very compassionate. I felt very well cared for. This place knows the true meaning of the Avera Mission Statement. Thank you!!!
The staff at Avera Heart Hospital is the best !! Everyone from admitting all the way up to the doctors treated us with respect and compassion. We are so fortunate to have such a facility in close proximity.
Wonderful staff, wonderful Doctor. Love the communication between everyone. My husband has been there several times. We have ALWAYS been very happy with everything. Love the Prairie Guest House. Nice rooms and excellent price. I have told my family this is where I want to go if needed. Thank-you for all you do.
The staff at Avera Heart Hospital are a group of caring professionals. They always made sure you understood what was going on with your loved ones care. With the storm that was to come through they made sure that I was comfortable too and I was the spouse not the patient. They tried to make sure they got the vitals without being too loud so my husband could still get his rest. This is the 4th hospital I have been in since 1999. This is the only one I would give 5 stars. Their competition (S) not 1/2 as good. (S) has become a personal monument, not a care facility
