I paid my bill on time this month and they sent me another bill with no change in the total of the bill. When I went in to ask if my payment earlier this month went through they said they had no record of any payment at all. I luckily found my receipt which is proof of my payment. My question is what happened to your records? Unprofessional to say the least. The only thing that was good was the girl who worked with me when I was clearly upset was nice and mostly understanding.
The staff was excellent- very professional, concerned and caring. I got treated like family. Dr. Hibbard was very thorough, took time to explain everything and answered all my questions.

Everything was great!!!! We had such good nurses, Drs, the prairie home that is attached to the heart hospital was wonderful to rest my head at the end of the very long and stressful days. I had 3 of them. The food was also good. The only thing I wondered about is not having a microwave but there are fridges! I didn't have enough money to eat in the cafeteria for 4 days.
we realyliked Avere hospital every one. was awesome so helpful did great job for my son Kevin in surgery or if you got lost someone always helped you Doctor nurses all great thank youse all
