Great Vet! – We have taken both cats and dogs to the Avenues Pet Clinic for years. The staff is kind and Knowledgeable, and Dr. Ponce has been great with all of our pets.
Informative & Efficient – I've been at this clinic a few times with my uncooperative cat. Friendly staff, competent vet.
Excellent Vet – I take both my cats and dogs to Dr. Ponce. They all love her and so do I. I have NEVER had any problems with the Dr. or the staff. Everyone there is wonderful!
Cat owner and still didn't like Avenues Pet Clinic!! – keithweezer is presumptuous in his statements about cat owners. I took my cat in because she had diarrhea, because even I who am not a vet knew something must be wrong. I was told that, "even though she has diarrhea, she seems to be okay". What a bunch of nonsense!!! AND I had an appointment!!! Took my dear cat, whom I care about deeply, to another vet.
World-Class Veterinarian – Best veterinarian clinic in the world! I've been a client for 5 years. Excellent service. No wait time, ever. And you can stay with your pet in the clinic room during examinations. Dr. Ponce will communicate any procedures needed and provides alternatives if applicable. She will also personally follow up to make sure everything is copesetic with you and your pet. I highly recommend this clinic.
Cat Owners aren't reliable sources anyway!! – Seriously....the majority of the complants from the cat owners are due to a lack of accountability for their own pet. You should know what your pet needs and when it needs it. Did it ever occur to you guys that the clinic may be busy when you enter and the world does not revolve around your idea of customer service? Care more about your wallet then animal – 1. Condescending Receptionist 2. Unorganized - took them a while to find my kitties papers, then took a little while more to figure out whats going on. 3. Asking me what shots she needs, im not the doctor how am i supposed to know. She is a baby kitten you tell me what she needs. 4. Not acknowledging my presence for 10 minutes when 1st entering the building, not even meeting of the eyes or head nod, nothing 5. Don't really seem to care about your pet – After reading the good reviews I decided to take my cat in due to the fact that she's recently become sick. Unfortunately, I hardly saw the vet and nobody seemed to have any concern about my cat. I felt like they just took my money and rushed me out of there as soon as possible. Now, three visits later, 300 dollars spent, and my cat is still sick. They've come up with no real reason as to what's wrong, and instead just keep getting me to buy food and medication that isn't working. I... read more
My cat hates them, but I love them – Dr. Ponce is excellent! My cat can be considered a rather unsocial animal with all the hissing, growling and swiping with claws she does, but Dr. Ponce is always patient and kind to my evil little kitty. Plus, she is good at reassuring me that some cats just hate everyone but their owner and that really I am a good kitty mom. Plus her staff is always nice and helpful at answering all of my off-the-wall questions. (Is it normal for a cat to play fetch?)
