We especially appreciate the two car garages, the adjacent furnished laundry room, and the floor plan of our apartment, the bedrooms are a wonderful size and although the noise from Northpointe Blvd can be aggravating it allows a street view with grass and shrubs instead of the drive or back of a building. Staff is always available to answer questions and requests. We have lived at the Avenues three years.

I must truly say it is a blessing to have found this wonderful place to stay. The grounds are so open and clean. The staff has been AWESOME and I love the peace and quiet. So darn quiet I get up late for work.
We've only been here 4 months but we feel right at home. Spacious garages, a resort-style pool, beautiful finishes, friendly staff, and very competitive monthly rates are just a few of the things we love most!
We especially like the convenience to SR 249 and Grand Parkway as well as our two bedroom ground floor unit facing NorthPointe Blvd, always lots of activity, but also quiet in the staff is always most attentive to any question or necessary maintenance. We are approaching three-year resident lease signing.
