After visiting several properties, we decided on the Avenues at Northpointe. We love it here. The Management and maintenance staff are awesome. The property is nice. We plan to stay longer. We’ve been here 3 years already.
A few thoughts you might want to consider before signing a lease at Avenues at Northpointe: *My husband and I lived at Avenues of Northpointe from June 2017-October 2019 (also, sorry in advance for the long review, however, if I had known any of this I would have never moved in!) We’ve been here for a few months now and we LOVE it. Our apartment is very spacious, was extremely well cleaned when we moved in and the staff (both office and maintenance) are top of the line. If you’re looking to move, check this place out.
Awesome place to call home!
Great community to live in!!! It’s quiet and property is always taken care of. If I ever have issues, maintenance is quick to come and fix things. Renee the manager is super helpful too!!!
