Met with Corey Fournet with AveOne Properties. Nice guy at first, then became very rude and talked down to me and my partner. Told me we had no business wasting his time because AveOne is a highend real estate company. That we should go with Keller or someone like that who specializes in bottom line homes. I guess $500,000 is a bottom line home here in Austin. He was very rude and walked away after he found out what our budget was. Stay away from AvenueOne Properties because they will treat you like trash!!
