I cannot be more grateful to the staff at Avenue Tire and Service for how helpful and kind they are and have been for the 20+ years that I’ve been taking my vehicles there. I blew a tire on the expressway early this morning and Called Avenue Tire and Service before they had opened. They said they were busy but would squeeze me in. Bc the police officer had only given me an hour to get it off the expressway. I have an odd tire size and had to buy one from Walmart (who was “too busy to change it”). I had driven up to Ludington last weekend and late Saturday morning needed an emergency tire repair. I did a web search for anything open closer than Walmart and found Avenue. When I called to see if I could get the tire fixed, Johnny made no promise that he could fit me in before they closed in the early afternoon, but told me to bring it in and they would try to fit my buggy in. Not only did he have the tire we needed for our boat trailer when no one else in Ludington did, but he offered to stay after closing to replace it. Truly exceptional customer service!
