Wow, these guys did a great job. Charlie who was working the front desk and Eric who was working one of the bays both went well above and beyond to help my wife and I get our forerunner squared away. Thank you again so much! Other team members also gave me wonderful advice on where to hike while in Ludington. Outstanding customer service! The owners should be very proud. Andy.
They do a good job, but the oil and filter change cost $90 because it requires synthetic oil. That's easily the most I've spent for an oil change on that car - all of which have been with synthetic oil.
Called as I was having a tire issue while on vacation. They did not have time to assist today however they were more than willing to help by recommending some other locations in the area to help. Great customer service!!
I've had many services done at Avenue Tire between quick oil changes and general maintenance. I've been happy with every experience and highly recommend them.
They were honest in checking all the things I requested after my car was not driven for 4 months. Good communication and fair pricing.
