The rooms are a nice size. However there is only one a/c / heat for the whole building and they choose not to turn it on. This is despite a sign near an individual thermostat saying the building was built with a one pipe system and you should just turn if off if you are uncomfortable. It does not get more comfortable because it was never on in the first place. Why they have an individual thermostat I have no idea. If you say something they will pull out an old fashion window fan.
