Great Place I love living here at avenue, I met some of my closest friends here at the pool one summer! They have a great staff and met every expectation!!!!

Scandalous Management This is probably the most condescending property management staff I have ever come across. They will try to nickel & dime you for every single thing they "think" they can get away with. So, beware, when you're looking to move in here... Not one person in this office is on the same page and when you try to explain something, they talk over you and are overbearing. Good luck!

shady managers and terrible building quality I caught the Management fraudulently charging tenants. My lease was up at the end of January and I wasn't planning on renewing, just going month to month. I paid my January rent in full on the 1st, but the manager went into their system on January 10th and falsified my account, claiming I now owe more money. She said she would remove the charge she added ONLY if I renewed my lease. Luckily I save all my statements and payment receipts that prove what the manager did. They do this ... read more

Comfortable & Convenient Renued 3X's. Management's respectful, Made to feel welcome & seem to listen. Grounds are kept (always room for improvement) Pool Gym Luxor Rm all top notch. Nice apartment - Solid Floors, Counters and Top Appliances. The location is close but removed for Quiet living & walking distance to The Katy! My Thumbs Up!
Terrible Management Short as possible the management is atrocious. They are smug and unhelpful as possible. They allow neighbors to party and play loud music at all hours and suggest you call a courtesy officer that doesn't answer and doesn't return calls. Must be a funny joke or something. They literally won't return inquires or follow up. The property is littered with dog feces which as any intelligent person knows is toxic and against many laws of health code. Do not move here I've been at avenue on fairmount for 6 months now and I can't wait till my lease is up. I have been looking at different places to live ever since new management has taken over at the end of 2016. I don't even know where to begin. first off, as soon as the new management took over, they reduced the office hours drastically. Hello and thank you for your review. The office hours were changed during the winter months due to the time change and will return to 9-6 M-F when the time changes again. This is customary with most apartment communities and we are open 7 days a week for your convenience as well. During our office hours, if a call is missed, it is typically due to the staff members being with clients. If you leave a message, we will promptly return your call. Great apartments! I have truly enjoyed living here. Just renewed my lease actually! The staff is very attentive and the maintenance team is the best I've seen. They host events to meet your neighbors and the amenities are always well kept. The gym is the largest I've had at an apartment complex. 3 rooms with cardio, weights, and spin. I highly recommend moving here!
Up and Coming Great apartments (brand new) in up and coming neighborhood. Great amenities (pool, clubhouse, etc.). Great pool gatherings on Saturday's. Very helpful management staff. Pet friendly. Friendly people living in the building.
