RecommendedWe have lived at Avenue Grove for two years in May. It's home, and we love being here. The leasing agent staff are like family - caring, appreciative and supportive. The physical facilities staff are terrific. We have never been in a better location and access to Levy Park tops the cake. We are grateful to be here!

As a realtor, I referred a friend there and followed up soon after for my commission. I was told it was sent to the appropriate person and getting looked at. Fast forward, I get news that too much time has elapse and there is nothing they can do about my commission, which amounts to roughly around 2,000 or more. Even with proof of communication between myself and the assistant manager at the time did not suffice. I would not recommend a place where management does not take care of those who help it.
What an absolute disappointment. It’s a shame that I had to encounter Earl Mallett out of all their leasing agents. He was the most disrespectful and arrogant leasing agent I’ve ever encountered. I’ve toured 3 similar properties in the last week and Avenue Grove was recommended to me by my leasing agent. My wife and I have just moved to Avenue Grove this week. After our evening stroll around Levy Park (steps away from our front door), we sat down with our dog to enjoy the atmosphere and recognized that we live at this place - it's crazy. Earl Mallett has gone above and beyond to accommodate us during the transition and is easily one of the best Leasing Directors we've encountered. He enjoy's his work, and it shows.
