We held our wedding reception at Avenue D this past June. Laura, Chuck, and Sam were PHENOMENAL to work with. The exquisite and unique space offered a wonderful bridal suite + kitchenette upstairs that was stocked with snacks and bubbly! The girls and I were utilized that space all morning long! The downstairs space offered indoor + outdoor space that our guests were able to utilize and enjoy during our reception. Avenue D is a fantastic venue! It’s spacious and thoughtfully designed, with several themed private bathrooms and both indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor space offers an incredible view of Sloss Furnaces. Laura was extremely welcoming and provided clear, helpful instructions for using the space. A bonus feature is the small kitchen, complete with a refrigerator and sink. The location is also excellent. We’ll definitely be using this space again!
Rented Avenue D for my baby shower, and everything was perfect! Laura was a big help in getting everything in place for the event day. My guests loved the venue, especially the patio area, and is thinking about booking Avenue D for any future events we may have in Birmingham. The different themed restrooms are a fun touch as well.
My husband and I recently had our wedding at Ave D, and it was an amazing choice for our big day. The venue is such a creative space for any event and has a cool view of Sloss in the background. We also appreciated the unique design of the bathrooms! Samantha and Laura were incredible throughout the entire planning process, always responsive and attentive to any questions we had. Also, DJ Chuck was perfect for our wedding he kept the atmosphere so fun! We are both so happy we chose this space for our wedding.
