This bike shop has so many bike selections. I bought mine here with exceptional customer service. My bike came with life time brake and gear adjustment which was back up Avenue Cyclery after your purchase. I would recommend this place for all bikers.
so nice and very informative I want to get into cycling since it seems to be the thing to do these days. Bad customer service and overpriced. – On the two occasions that I visited avenue cyclery I was very displeased with both there service and prices. The first time I went I was looking for a new bike lock and a pump. After waiting in the store for about ten minutes while two of the staff members stood in back talking, I was asked if i needed any help. I come to Avenue because of my friend who highly recommend its services. Before I came to Avenue, I had been to different shops that carry Trek. Avenue offered the best price. I bought 2008 Madone 5.2 for 3100 which was the best price at the time. I had quoted a lot before I came to Avenue. No body else could beat its price. I finally stopped by Avnue. Great service – Had a great experience here. Charlie helped me attach my lock and find a good helmet. He also adjusted my seat for me. He was very knowledgeable and gave me as much advice as I asked for. Helmet price was reasonable.
