Super friendly staff that really know their stuff. They helped me figure out my size for a new road bike and ordering it through them was so easy! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a bike (or just some gear)!
I traveled from the Central Valley to get a specific Trek model and was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and I was able to test ride the bike around the block with no rush. The associate was very friendly and taught me a lot about my bike. I would definitely recommend to a friend! I love my bike!
SF has many cycling shops. Avenue Cyclery has been around for a long time and you find a few cycling shops on the same street. Wide collection of bicycle gears and parts.
Had my bike boxed up for shipping to the UK here before the summer. First I was quoted a different price on the phone, and then had to pay more when I came to the shop with my bike. Now that I'm in the UK, it turns out that whoever took the bike apart lost a spring from one of the breaks, which is now missing. However, I found a beer bottle cap in the bike box. Good job guys…
