We just moved in and are so impressed with the atmosphere of the entire building. Not only are the apartments beautifully done but the common areas in the building are inviting and cozy as well. So happy we made the decision to move into Avenue C.

It’s all about the location for us. It’s a real neighborhood: all the shops, grocery, restaurants, and services nearby. Plus a walkable neighborhood with mature trees and a city park close by. Amenities are nice and staff is friendly and accommodating. And did I mention pets are welcome? We like the mix of residents, security, and convenience.
I have been waiting patiently to move into my new apartment. Well, the patient part is an act I put on for the gals in the office!!! When I took the hard hat tour, I was "just checking it out" but reserved an apartment right away. Some of my neighbors-to- be are fortunate to have their apartments in areas that are already completed. I got to meet some of them at a mixer this last weekend.
