Our dog went missing and someone turned our dog into this place and they ran our information and they gave us a call telling us our dog was there. We were completely shocked because we live in San Antonio. It took us alil over 8 hrs to get there to only find out these idiots gave our dog away to someone else!!!! They knew we were on our way and we gave them our name and info! So how could they drop the ball!!! Now we are still here for 2 hrs now and the refuse to give us any further information! Dr Margaret and staff were amazing during a recent ER visit, which can always be a little anxiety provoking. Very thorough, compassionate, and clearly interested in the long-term well-being of even her short-term patients. Never felt rushed on the phone for updates. Basically, when it's your turn, it's your turn: you're are getting Dr Margaret's full attention.

I showed up at 3am on Saturday morning, distraught and a mess. Before then, I spoke to a kind technician named Bonnie. Unfortunately, my sweet 17 year old baby girl was losing her quality of life fast. Bonnie, was very kind and compassionate. It was the hardest and most devastating morning imaginable. Wasn’t sure what to expect and my anxiety didn’t help but bringing in my old friend with his emergency issues was way less painful thanks to the amazing and compassionate staff. Definitely recommended.

My dachshund mix was recently diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy, and the whole staff has continuously provided nothing but top notch care. Even with several emergencies and surgeries that Dr. Margaret attends to on a weekly basis, we never felt like we were any less of a priority. Dr. Margaret has been patiently working with me to get a handle on the seizures, and you can tell she truly cares about Milhouse's wellbeing. My hubby is super protective of his furbuddy that’s been on nerve meds for a year. So needless to say changing vets was almost out of the question. My daughter started working with Dr.Margaret a few months back so I talked him into giving them a chance. The amount of love and attention given to this baby was amazing to say the least. Also i didn’t have to take out a second mortgage on my home to pay for the visit. Thanks so much for taking the time to love our baby as much as we do daily ❤️❤️😍

We just had the best experience here. No one wants to have to rush their pet to the vet in the middle of the night but if you need to this is the place to be. They were attentive, kind, patient, and comforting. My child was with me and so scared for his dog and they were lovely with him as well. I can't recommend them highly enough. Our pup is fine, btw. A minor injury that a little medication and rest will take care of.
