Aventura is an AMAZING place to stay- perfect for students, couples, and families! Very friendly staff who is approachable for all concerns and questions. Safe, community-oriented atmosphere! You will love it!
These are beautiful apartments located close to shopping and entertainment. I wouldn't miss any of the parties they throw for the residents - lots of fun and a great chance to meet others. The staff is always attentive to any requests and super nice people to deal with.
Absolutely the best managed Apartment complex I have ever been to. Lived here 3years so far and love it. Excellent location for access to everything you need.
Awesome complex! Property manager is amazing, always looking out for the residents and going the extra mile. Plus, anytime something needs attended too (light bulb needs replaced) they are always right on it. I have lived here over a year now and have zero complaints.
